"this is the best shop in all of utah. Sam and his team are knowledgeable and have extremely accurate diagnostics. I originally took my BMW into an exclusive BMW shop was charged 2,500 and my car became unable to drive after the “repairs” they preformed. Then I came to this shop and wow was that the best decision. Sam is honest and has quality work as well as quality parts. My car was driving so smooth and was reliable after. My car has been driving like a dream after sam and his team worked on a plan to help my car become drivable and reliable. We all know European cars are a big commitment but with this quality work and honesty you really are getting the best in utah. This shop amazed me with the variety of work that they are capable of."

"I couldn't be happier with Kapp's. After having my BMW at another European auto repair establishment for 7 weeks (yes, 7 weeks!), where they finally told me it was "probably, most-likely" XXX that costs $5k to repair), I picked up the car and took it to Kapp's after it was recommended by a friend. Within 3 days (yes, 3 days!), Kapp's diagnosed it correctly (the other place was completely wrong on what the problem was), ordered the parts, and had it running again. 3 days vs 7 weeks!!!???__I recommend them without hesitation and will never take my cars anywhere else."
