"I always take my BMW to Kapps because they are honest and do a great job. I can't stand when shops have dishonest employees that try to find any other minor fault to repair that doesn't need to be fixed until a later time. Sam and the guys at Kapps are great!"

"Sam is fantastic! They were able to get my car in and out in great time. They all are helpful and kindly answer my questions. I felt they were very honest in prices and tried to get me the best price on thing and didn't over charge. I would recommend anybody to go to Kapp's European Auto."

"I have had a few mechanics and dedicated euro shops work on my highly modified BMW Z3 M Coupe's. Both cars are extremely modified with aftermarket turbo systems, electronics, suspension, brakes etc. Many shops steer clear of such cars and cherry pick the kind of work they will perform on them. From seat bushings, to rebuilding a motor, Sam and his guys take it head on, and with enthusiasm. I would love to have the time to always be the one working on my cars, but when I can't, its always Kapp's. I have always thought that his pricing is honest, but more importantly, his quality is always there, and if for any reason there is an issue, he addresses it."
